Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link (and you’ll also see a link in “My Account”). The download is available instantly—no waiting.

Because you’re buying a digital product, the item comes in one of these formats (e.g., .zip, .pdf, .psd, etc.). After purchase you simply download from the link; we do not ship physical media.

First check your spam/junk folder. Then log into your account on the site and check “My Orders” or “Downloads”. If you still don’t see the link, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll assist you immediately.

As digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the usual way, we generally do not offer refunds simply for change of mind. However, if the product is defective, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us and we’ll correct the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.

Yes — we provide customer support for all purchases. If you have questions about downloading the product, we’ll help you where we can (within the limits of the product’s scope).

Our system automatically grants you access for a set period (or number of downloads) as described in your order. If the link has expired or you encounter a broken link, please contact support with your order number. We’ll resend or restore the link promptly.
